Strijp-S Revisited - Sat. June 28th, 13.00

We start at 13.00h sharp in front of Analog Space / De Huiskamer Strijp-S ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/VdWcLKPrwCpL7bQz5 )

During this tour, we will give you a different perspective on this much-photographed area of Eindhoven. This time, the emphasis will be much less on Philips, and more on new photo-opportunities, ranging from cityscape to street to architecture. Maybe you will scout some cool spots for your next portrait-shoot. We will also visit an exhibition of portrait-photos during the break.

We will end around 17h with a drink & some snacks. There is opportunity for food and more drinks there, so feel free to join us for dinner.

One drink during the exhibition, and one drink at the end-point is included in the price.

A few practicalities:

• The tour is approx. 2.5km on paved roads/sidewalks, with a few optional stairs.
• Depending on weather, bring a hat, bottle of water or rain-jacket :)
• If you come by public transportation: there is a bus stop at Leidingstraat, right in front of Analog Space / De Huiskamer; take bus 401, 402 or 403. Alternatively, you can take the train to station Strijp S; from there it’s a walk of just over 5 minutes.
• If you come by bike, there are parking opportunities in the area.
• Lens choice: About any lens will do, from ultra-wide to long tele, depending on your preferences. A wide angle and a short tele, or a standard zoom, will cover a lot photographic opportunities, but a long tele can bring you details a wider lens can't, and an ultrawide can give dramatic vistas. Choices, choices :)
• Please do not bring a tripod.
