Bird Photography @ Wasven - Sat. April 11th, 13.00

Saturday April 11th, we will have a Photowalk-event! The theme is Bird Photography in urban environment.

We start at 13.00h sharp Gasterij Wasven, Celebeslaan 30, 5641 AG Eindhoven ( https://maps.app.goo.gl/Rd5iPe5ZbB6JwH59A )

This tour will be focused on bird photography. Long-time Photowalk-member Patrick Spruytenburg, an expert in this genre, will guide us around. We start at 13.00 sharp, with coffee or tea. After approx. 30 minutes, Patrick will guide us along the Wasven-estate for his favourite birding spots, and provide tips and tricks to succesfully spot birds, and catch them on camera. We end back at Wasven, with a drink, a snack (pie or worstenbroodje) and of course evaluation and socialising!

NB - The banner-photo of this event is made by Patrick at the Wasven. The cost is 27.50 and includes 2 drinks and the snack.

In the evening, you can join us for dinner a Bottle Distillery (at your own expense); please let us know in advance if you'd like to join us for dinner too, so we can reserve an adequate number of seats.

Two drinks and a snack are included with the price.

A few practicalities:

• There will be stairs at Wasven in the room we reserved, and at Bottle Distillery too.
• The walk is over dirt-tracks, there can be mud or slippery parts; wear sturdy shoes.
• Depending on weather, bring a hat, bottle of water or rain-jacket :)
• If you come by public transportation: Bus 5 - stop Koudenhovenhovenseweg, bus 6 & bus 322 - stop Van Oldenbarneveltlaan
• If you come by bike, there are parking opportunities at Wasven.
• Lens choice: If you want to try to shoot birds, tele is the way to go. But other lenses can be useful for the very nice surroundings.
